Put in my place

It is severely humbling when you can do a full-throttle, twenty minute workout, involving  150 kettle bell swings at 35-lbs, a fair load of double unders, and some intense rowing, roll off the ERG machine feeling in tune with your CrossFit awesomeness, and then promptly pull both inner thigh muscles while doing one cartwheel with a 9-year-old.

That is all.
